01The problem
ADHD brains freeze when everything feels equally urgent. A to-do list with 47 items isn’t help. It’s a catalog of shame.
02The idea
Four gates: Capture everything, Classify it, Eliminate what doesn’t need you today, Reflect without streaks or guilt. End with one clear next move.
03The build
A full product: marketing site, working app, sign-in, payments.
04The decisions
Stopped. Didn’t keep polishing something nobody had asked for.
Kept the substance. The four-gate thinking and the attention-first design law went into LOADLESS.
05The failures
Launch produced zero traffic and zero interest.
Along the way I collected duplicate repositories and deployments for the same product. Cleaning that up took a whole night.
06The result
Shelved October 3, 2026.
07What I learned
Shipped is not the same as wanted. I built the product before I built the audience.
