01The problem

Small businesses get quoted in the dark. “Book a discovery call” usually means “we’ll tell you the price later.”

02The idea

Publish the price. Put a live estimator on the homepage and let people get a real number without a call.

03The build

crestlakestudio.com, including a working project estimator in the hero.

Client build: the Paul Williams Insurance site. React and Vite, with intake forms and an admin dashboard. The repository is public.

04The decisions

Fixed prices, no hourly billing.

Kept the studio completely separate from LOADLESS: different voice, different audience, different site.

05The result

Both sites are live. Open them and judge for yourself.

Showing the price filters for the right clients faster than any sales call.
