The liveloadless.com homepage: “Stop the spiral. Find your next clear move.”
liveloadless.com, captured Oct 8, 2026. The live pages still carry the ClarityOS product name.
The LOADLESS app’s first screen: one text box asking what is sitting heaviest in your head right now.
app.liveloadless.com: the first screen asks one question. No account needed to start.

01The problem

Most productivity software adds load. More notifications, more decisions, more guilt.

For an ADHD brain that’s backwards. The tool becomes one more thing to manage.

02The idea

Build software that takes things out of your head instead of putting more on your screen.

The working method has three steps: Eliminate → Automate → Simplify. In that order.

03The build

A marketing site at liveloadless.com and a separate working app at app.liveloadless.com. Two Cloudflare Pages projects, on purpose.

Real sign-in. A Supabase backend. Live Stripe billing: LOADLESS Plus at $12/month or $60/year, as real price objects on a live account.

04The system

One design law sits above every feature: Structure = Simplicity. Attention = Currency.

Every tap, badge and email is an invoice against the user’s brain. So: no streaks, no red dots, no “you haven’t logged in” nags. Gamification was removed at the data layer, not just hidden.

If a feature spends attention without buying relief, it doesn’t ship.

05The decisions

Kept the site and the app as separate deploys, so marketing changes can never take down sign-in.

One backend per product. Never share a login pool across products.

Folded ClarityOS into LOADLESS instead of running two brands with zero traction each.

06The failures

The first launch, under the ClarityOS name, got zero traffic. Full write-up →

07The result

Live site, live app, live payments. No users or revenue worth reporting yet, so none are reported here.

08What I learned

A working product is not a business. Getting it in front of the right people is part of the build, not something that happens after.
