Work / Automation

The agent fleet

19 scheduled agents running my operations.

Private. The architecture below is the evidence.

01The problem

Two hours a night doesn’t leave room for checking dashboards. Things break while I’m at work.

02The idea

Move the repeatable checks onto a schedule, so my two hours go to building instead of looking.

03The build

19 active agents run on cron: status digests, metrics, site and infrastructure scans. They report into NALA, not straight to me.

14 more are paused or retired.

04The system

Agents report up a chain. They act on what they’re allowed to. Anything involving money or strategy escalates to me.

05The decisions

Pausing an agent counts as a decision, not a failure. If a job costs more attention than it saves, it stops.

06The result

Running daily. Private.

07What I learned

Automation that you have to babysit is just a second job.
